Therefore, we schedule a chargeable site visit to assess the ambiance, scale, and existing features of your location.

Following this initial consultation, we’ll introduce you to our design process and provide you with a preliminary concept design and projected estimate for your project.

How do our fees work?

At MMInterio, we believe that quality design is an investment. Our fees are typically structured as a percentage of the total project cost, ranging from 8% to 15%. This fee structure ensures that our team is dedicated to providing exceptional value and ensuring that your project meets your highest standards.

GST and FEES

GST: A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 18% will be charged on the base price of all services.

Fee Structure:

  • The listed fees apply to apartments. Fees for bungalows will be determined based on room sizes and project complexity.
  • The listed fees are applicable only for sites within Pune and PCMC areas.
  • MMInterio’s team will conduct 3 to 4 site visits. These are included in these charges.

Site Visits: Additional site visits beyond the allocated 3-4 will be charged at ₹5000/- each.

The advance payment is non-refundable*. This amount secures our commitment to your project and helps us allocate resources accordingly. Please ensure that you are confident in your decision before making the initial payment.

How many design options will I receive?

At MMInterio, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional value and personalized service. Our design process typically involves 2 options with 2 to 3 revisions to ensure that the final design perfectly aligns with your vision and preferences.

In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with the initial design concepts, we are committed to working with you to develop additional options at no extra charge. Our goal is to create a space that you love and cherish for years to come.

How are payments structured?

To ensure a smooth project flow, we utilize a phased payment schedule. A proforma invoice outlining the payment amount for each project phase will be generated at the beginning of that phase. We kindly request that payments are made within 8 to 10 days of receiving the invoice.

Project Timeline?
  • Design Phase:The design process typically takes 20-30 days for flats and 30-45 weeks for villas.
  • Execution Phase:For flats with existing flooring, wall finishes, and bathrooms, the execution phase usually takes 60-75 days.
  • Society Rules:Project timelines may be extended due to societal rules regarding working hours. Some societies strictly enforce work hours from 10 am to 2 pm and 4 pm to 7 pm, which could delay site progress by 15 to 20 days.
